So, just to clarify, I am no computer geek, I am no college graduate, and I sure as hell ain’t no freeloader who’s never worked a day in his life, but I am someone who has learned to make money online, and I would like to show you all how to do the same as well.
You see only a few years back I spent my days working for someone else, just like were supposed to.
To make ends meet, to stay afloat, and to feel like we are getting ahead.
I mean the mortgage or rent has to be paid right? Food needs to be brought, and then there’s clothes, fuel, insurance, power, and the list goes on and on…
I worked in the concrete industry for about 14 or so years, and for Kiwi Rail, on the train tracks for about 2. I understand hard work, I understand long hard nights placing and finishing concrete, and I also understand the frustrations that come with being employed by someone else.
They SUCK!
No spare time, no spare energy, and no spare money!
The problem is, that your situation will not change unless you make it.
So How Do We Change Our Situation?
There are now thousands of ways to make money online and generate extra income, however not all of these are passive income, and the type of work I do online creates passive income, which means it pays over and over again, on autopilot, once the initial outlay of work is complete.
The type of work I do online ( If you can call it work ) is called Affiliate Marketing, and it has completely changed the way I look at employment, the way I make money, and how I look at life.
You see affiliate marketing can be done anywhere in the world, it is available to anyone, and there are no restrictions on how much you can earn.
There is of course one catch…

How Affiliate Marketing Works
Affiliate marketing is simply the process of advertising someone else’s product or service.
Companies like Amazon, Aliexpress, Alibaba, eBay, Walmart, and thousands more offer affiliate programs.
This means people like you and me can apply to join their affiliate program, and if approved, we can help advertise the products from that store.
Amazon alone has millions of products, which means endless products in EVERY NICHE to advertise, just from the 1 affiliate program.
If someone buys an item through one of our advertising efforts, we will get paid a commission for doing so. This is the company’s way of saying thanks for helping get the sale.
How Much Do Affiliate Programs Pay?
There are thousands of affiliate programs and all pay different amounts of commissions.
The products in the picture above are from Digistore24.com which offers some huge payouts.
The ‘Gold Program’ product will pay you $2,296.34 Canadian if you can sell this product to someone. That’s insane!
That’s right, if you can advertise this product and get a sale, anywhere in the world, you will be given $2,296.34
I live in New Zealand, and after currency exchange, that’s like $2,789 just for 1 sale.
Imagine 1, 5, 10, or even 20 of these per week!
This is happening for some, and where I am heading to…
Just to put this into perspective. If I sold 5 of these per week, this would give me an income of $13,945 per week.
For most people, just 1 sale a week would trump what they are on now for wages.
How Do I Get Sales?

- Blogging: Starting a blog on ANY passion, hobby, or interest is a great way to drive free traffic to any website. This is done by writing good information that Google will rank in search engines, and people will find.
- Website: Advertising your products or services on a website is a great way to advertise and if made right, will be the foundation of your online business.
- Ads: PPC ( Pay Per Click ) advertising. This is where I will pay Google, Yahoo, Or Bing, to display my ad to people searching for certain keywords. I will only get charged if someone clicks on my advert.
- Email list: Over the years of working online I have made several email lists of people who have identified as being interested in a specific niche. When I have information or a new awesome product, I can write one email, and send it to ALL my subscribers with 1 click.
- Social Media Marketing: Social media marketing is an easy free way of displaying products or services to people. Facebook groups and pages, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc
- Forums: People are always looking for info online, either physical or digital if you can point them in the right direction, you can pick up sales this way.
There are many ways in which we can make money by displaying our affiliate products or services online. and by no means do you need to do them all.
Get good at one, then move on.
How Did I Learn To Make Money Online?
Now I won’t lie! It has not been an easy road for several reasons.
